ILO Start and Improve Your Business Programme

Consulting embarks on training potential and existing
entrepreneurs for Generate Your Business Idea (GYBI),Start
Your Business (SYB) and Improve Your Business (IYB) Programme, which
assist in formalizing and educating entrepreneurs on the business idea and plan
implementation process.
Generate
Your Business Idea (GYBI) targets
potential and existing entrepreneurs’ who have various business ideas that they
want to develop and implement. The programme uses a ILO methodology to scan
idea competitiveness and potential.
Start
Your Business (SYB) targets
potential and existing entrepreneurs’ who have a business idea, which needs to
be developed in terms of covering key elements of the business such as Costing, Marketing, Staffing,Oparation and Research among others. The programme
assists in developing a Business Plan for that particular idea. Jemm Consulting offers both the programmes for 3
to 4 Day Programme, which
is facilitated by materials from the International Labor Organization (ILO).
Improve
Your Business (IYB) targets
existing entrepreneurs’ who have a business in operation, which needs to be
developed or expanded in terms of covering key topics of the business such as Business Planning,Costing, Marketing, Record
keeping, Stock Control, People & Productivity; Business legal Issues and
Business Formalization. This Programme takes 1 day (8 hours) for a topic.
The
training is offered in all Regions of Tanzania, whether individually or as a
group, with ILO materials provided and catered for.
